Sadly in America life is barely honored, let alone the dead who have gone before us. I am half Italian on my mama's side, and family means the world to us. My Grandma Isabella pasted away in 2007, and I honestly can say that I don't believe a day goes by that we are not thinking about her and wishing she were still here with us.

I think it is a very sad thing that so many who immigrated here to America let the cultures and traditions of the old world be lost to future generations. Well Thank you for posting this interesting information.
